The Spirit Club Foundation does not unlawfully discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, age, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, genetic information, marital or familial status, veteran status, socioeconomic status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.

Consistent with our mission to create accessible fitness opportunities for individuals of all abilities by providing scholarships for financial accessibility, the Spirit Club Foundation actively strives to remove barriers to participation in order to ensure that accommodations are made to support the needs of individuals with disabilities to the best of our abilities.
Reporting and Resolution
Individuals who believe they have experienced or witnessed discrimination in connection with the Spirit Club Foundation’s activities are encouraged to report their concerns. Reports may be made confidentially to the Executive Director at info@spiritclubfoundation.org or 240-621-0085. The Foundation will investigate and take appropriate corrective action in response to complaints of discrimination.
