The Spirit Club Foundation Partner Agency Application Portal (PASP) is open 2 times per year to receive new or reapplying applications. The program period from January - June of 2026 is now closed.

The PASP awards are for a 6 month period. Please follow the TOP application below for NEW applicants and follow the BOTTOM reapplication for those reapplying.

Partner Agency applications are slated to reopen on June 1, 2026 at 9 am and close June 30, 2026 at 5 pm.
